Mythra is a business operated under the status of micro-entrepreneur, specializing in the creation and sale of downloadable digital tattoos.

2. Purpose

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) reserve the terms of sale of digital filesoffered by Mythra: tattoos in PNG, SVG or any other downloadable format.

Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products offered

Mythra offers:

  • downloadable digital tattoos,

  • original designs inspired by mythological and Celtic art.

Important :
📌 The products are 100% digitaland no physical product is delivered.
📌 The files are provided immediately after payment.

Each product description presents the essential characteristics: format, style, resolution, intended use.

4. Order

To place an order, the user must:

  1. Add a product to the cart

  2. Enter his/her information

  3. Proceed to payment

  4. Receive downloadable files automatically

Mythra reserves the right to cancel an order in case of payment problems or fraudulent use.

5. Price

Prices are shown in euros including VAT.
Mythra reserves the right to change its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the price displayed at the time of the order.

6. Payment

Payment can be made via:

  • Credit card (via Shopify Payments, Stripe…)

  • PayPal

  • Any other secure method offered by Shopify

🔒 Mythra never has access to banking information, which is processed solely by payment providers.

7. Product Delivery

The digital files are available:

  • immediately after payment

  • via a download link displayed on the screen

  • and sent by email

If you experience any download problems, you can contact: contact@mythra.fr.

8. Right of withdrawal

📌 In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately.

Since Mythra products are downloadable immediately, no cancellations or refunds are possible after purchase, except:

  • corrupted file

  • inactive link

  • obvious error on the product

Mythra then undertakes to resend the files or to offer an equivalent product.

9. License to Use

Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright.

The buyer is granted a personal use license, allowing them to:

✔ to use the design for a personal tattoo
✔ to show it to a tattoo artist
✔ to keep it for private use

Formal prohibitions:

❌ sale
❌ commercial modification
❌ reproduction in collection
❌ use to create new products
❌ public distribution (website, marketplace, print on demand…)

Any violation may result in prosecution for copyright infringement.

10. Responsibility

Mythra cannot be held responsible:

  • due to a misinterpretation of the design by a tattoo artist

  • of the final use of the tattoo

  • of any material or moral damage related to the use of the file

The files are provided as is, in high quality.

11. Personal data

The data collected during orders is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policyavailable on the website.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, images, texts and content on Mythra are protected by copyright.

🔒 Any reproduction without authorization is strictly prohibited.

13. Disputes – Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
